India's first AI-integrated campus announced in Noida
Yashoda Hospital and Bhutani Infra have announced plans to develop India’s first fully AI-integrated mixed-use campus in Greater Noida West. The upcoming project will feature a hospital, retail spaces, offices, SOHOs, serviced apartments, and a hotel—all operating within a self-learning, generative AI-powered ecosystem.
The AI-first campus will integrate real-time data systems, predictive analytics, and adaptive infrastructure to offer personalised experiences across functions. From AI-enabled footfall tracking and dynamic energy optimisation to smart F&B and retail insights, the development aims to redefine urban living.
“This will not just be real estate—it will be a sentient environment engineered for the future, said Ashish Bhutani, CEO, Bhutani Infra.
Healthcare at the campus will be predictive and preventive, powered by ambient sensors, wearables, and connected thermal scanners. “Tomorrow’s healthcare won’t wait for symptoms—it will predict, prevent, and respond, said Dr. P.N. Arora, Chairman, Yashoda Group of Hospitals.
With AR storefronts, ESG dashboards, and intelligent service automation, the project offers a futuristic model of AI-native urban life and wellness, marking a significant leap for India’s tech-enabled infrastructure.
