He also emphasised the proposed Chatargala Tunnel and mobile network upgrades to bolster regional connectivity. Recruitment drives for youth and preparations for the Shri Amarnath Yatra were also reviewed.

Calling for participatory governance, Dr Singh proposed forming a Civil Society Committee to ensure continuous feedback. He reaffirmed that firm action will be taken to maintain peace and stability.
