Its dealers are availbale at 31 different locations, and it has, both dealers and spares, coming up in another four locations in the country.

Uniqueness in innovation and work
For the first time in India, in 2000, the company indigenously designed, developed and introduced ´Kerbing Machine´ used for Kerb laying for dividers drain lines and more. These machines proved ideal for successful operations at various NHAI projects across India. This product has proven to be highly reliable with low maintenance cost. Kerbing machine is built for fast production of Kerb laying in road projects. The machine can also be utilised for dividers, drain line, etc.

In 2001, the company pioneered the mobile technology in India by launching Mobile, Semi Mobile and Truck Mounted Concrete Batching and Mixing Plant of capacity from 12 cu m to 25 cu m per hour, in technical collaboration with Danish company - Intercon.

Macons also introduced a series of Compact Concrete Batching Plant (MAC) ranging from 25 cu m to 135 cu m per hour, with weighing conveyor in India, for the first time. It is a compact plant with the entire structure requiring minimum civil foundations (only four footprints) in comparison to any of the conventional plants. Also, it requires less maintenance and provides more than 100 per cent production, which in turn leads to decrease in cost of production.

Further, Macons´ wet mix plants are manufactured with best components and accessories. The unique design features makes it most efficient in terms of operational costs and ensures close control of output quality.

In 2009, Self Loading Transit Mixers ranging from 1 cu m to 4 cu m capacity and Dumpers ranging from 2 tonne to 16 tonne capacity was well indigenised by Macons, after a JV with Italian company - Dumec SRL.

Also, in self-loading transit mixer, considering the wastage in cement, sand and aggregate, the company introduced loader bucket gate with hydraulically operated actuators, which proves economically feasible, and in turn, boosted customer confidence.

Positive impact
The company has always believed in innovation, and so, has been able to design equipment as per the requirement of the customers, and now caters to many allied industries apart from the infrastructure sector such as power, roads, bridges, airports, canal, dam, refinery, city infrastructure, steel plant, nuclear power, hydro power, thermal power, metro rail, multi storage building, transmission foundation, road divider, RCC hume pipe, ports and jetty, windmill foundation, readymix, IT parks, hospitals, malls and mega malls, universities and colleges, chemical plants, hotels, industries, telecommunications, etc.
