Kudankulam plant to generate 500 MW

Kudankulam Nuclear Power Project´s first unit will start generating 500 MW by November, 2014. The nuclear plant, which was genera-¡ting 200 MW of power, was recently stopped for inspection. However, the plant has resumed operations and has been synchronised with the power grid.
