Jakson Green will set up a methanol synthesis facility at the NTPC's Vindhyachal Thermal Power Plant (VTPP) in Madhya Pradesh. With a capacity of 10 tonnes per day (TPD), the group company has been awarded this project by NTPC. It will be the world's first methanol production plant in partnership with NTPC, according to a statement from Jakson Group. In collaboration with NTPC and a Japanese technology provider for the methanol synthesis process, Jakson Green will manage the complete design, engineering, procurement, and construction of this project on a turnkey basis.
