THDC invites bids for DPR preparation for solar projects across India

The last date for submitting bids is November 4, 2024, with the bid opening scheduled for the same day.

The empanelment will be divided into two categories: 1. Ground-mounted solar power projects up to 100 MW. 2. Ground-mounted solar power projects ranging from 100 MW to 500 MW.

Empanelled agencies under these categories will also be eligible to take up rooftop solar project assignments. For the first category, bidders must have prepared at least two DPRs for grid-connected solar power projects with a capacity of no less than 50 MW each in the past seven years. Additionally, they must have an average annual financial turnover of less than Rs 2.38 million over the last three financial years, and their net worth must be at least 100% of their paid-up share capital as of the end of the previous financial year.

For the second category, bidders are required to have experience preparing two DPRs for grid-connected solar power projects with a capacity of at least 100 MW each in the last seven years. They should have an average annual financial turnover of less than Rs 5.57 million over the last three financial years, with a net worth equivalent to at least 100% of their paid-up share capital.

All interested bidders must possess at least three years of experience in providing consultancy services for solar power projects within or outside India.

Previously, THDC India invited bids for empanelling technical consulting agencies to prepare feasibility reports for floating solar power projects across various locations in the country for a three-year period. (mercomindia)
