Flexiflow had a very humble beginning in the year 2016 with a complete range of hydraulic hoses manufactured locally in Mumbai. Within a very short span of time had become a known brand across various industry domains like pharmaceutical, oil and gas, and OEMs. At the end of 2021, Flexiflow ventured into the manufacturing of screening media products for quarry, aggregates, and mineral beneficiation industries. Which are the latest products and solutions offered by the company for the Indian market? What makes your products unique from those of the competitors? Flexiflow offers a complete range of screening media solutions to its customers. Our range of products includes woven wire mesh, anti-clogging screen (poly ripple), and polyurethane screen. Our unique identification is of providing complete customised screening media solutions to our clients across any applications. We have the expertise of more than 16 years of exclusive screening media solutions, which helps us to face any challenges when it comes to offering the best screening media solutions. What is the market scenario of your products in India? What is the Make in India scenario in the screen mesh market? Over the years, markets have accepted the change when it comes to better screening media, especially in the quarry and aggregate industries. The high demand for P-sand and M-sand with stringent quality specifications has led to a surge in demand for anti-clogging screens for 0 to 5 mm sieving. Flexiflow is well positioned strategically to service this growing demand segment of anti-clogging screens. There are more than 200 manufacturers of screen mesh in India which speaks volumes for the Make in India initiative by the Government. But very few had reached that pinnacle of offering a world-class quality screen mesh product. Apart from the construction industry, which industries do you serve? Stone crushers (quarry), aggregates, mineral beneficiation, coal washeries, steel plant, power plant, and cement are the industries where Flexiflow has made an inroad. What are the various challenges faced by your company over the years? As I said, there are 200+ woven wire mesh manufacturers in India which are highly fragmented across the country making it an uphill task for any manufacturer to venture on an India basis. Contrary to this, there are only a few manufacturers in India offering a complete range of screening media including anti-clogging screens whereas Flexiflow is very comfortable offering best-in-class quality screening media solutions. What are your future plans for product design and development for India and export markets? Flexiflow is the only company offering complete customized screening solutions across all industrial domains that call for new product design, and modifications in the existing design. We have plans for expanding our footprint outside India by next year.
