Mecbo America Launches Tracked Concrete Pumps for Enhanced Jobsite Mobility

Mecbo America, the U.S. arm of Italy鈥檚 Mecbo Srl through a distribution partnership with Blastcrete Equipment LLC, has launched two tracked concrete pumps鈥擟ARTRACK P6 and P7鈥攄esigned to enhance on-site mobility and efficiency. The units feature a crawler undercarriage and are available in electric and diesel versions.
The 150-hp P6 and 180-hp P7 offer placement capacities between 104 and 144 cubic yards per hour. Suitable for applications such as tunnelling, CFA piling, and commercial construction, the pumps are controlled via a toggle radio remote鈥攐ptimised for glove use.
A key highlight is Mecbo鈥檚 patented PULSAR pump system, designed for high output with minimal wear. The long-stroke design reduces movement while increasing flow, ensuring smoother pumping with less pressure fluctuation even across long distances.
鈥淭hese pumps offer more power with less maintenance,鈥� said Scott Knighton, Co-CEO of Blastcrete. 鈥淐ontractors want rugged, efficient systems鈥攏ot bells and whistles.鈥�
Maintenance is simplified with dual hatch access, while optional add-ons include a water pump, compressor, hopper screen vibrator, and pipeline accessories. The tracked pumps can also be customised for wheel or truck mounting. Diesel variants include noise-reduction features for sensitive environments.
All units are backed by Blastcrete鈥檚 technical team and U.S.-based spare parts support from its Alabama facility, minimising downtime.
