Six Raimondi Cranes Power Dublin Landmark Build

Walls Construction has deployed six Raimondi MRT573 flat-top tower cranes for a landmark mixed-use project in Rathborne, Dublin. Supplied by Irish Cranes & Lifting, these are the heaviest lifters in the company鈥檚 fleet and will remain onsite for two years.
鈥淲e are proud to continue playing a pivotal role in Ireland鈥檚 large-scale developments and to support one of the country鈥檚 most prominent construction firms,鈥 said Robert Coffey, Director General, Irish Cranes. 鈥淔or this jobsite, Walls Construction selected six of the most powerful cranes in our fleet, ensuring efficiency and precision in lifting operations.鈥
First introduced at Bauma 2019, the MRT573鈥檚 robust performance in precast construction led to the launch of Raimondi鈥檚 new T577. 鈥淭he T577 further enhances load handling, adaptability, and ease of installation,鈥 noted Mauro Masetti, Sales Director, Raimondi Cranes.
Each crane, with jib lengths of 40鈥50m and tip loads up to 16.5t, is equipped with advanced zoning and anti-collision systems. Erected at 72m height, the machines are configured for high-speed lifting while meeting local safety norms.
The Rathborne site will feature six towers with 700 homes and commercial spaces.
