TARC receives funding from Bain Capital

TARC, a real estate development business based in North India, has raised Rs 1330 crore from Bain Capital in the United States. Bain Capital Credit provided the cash in the form of secured long-term NCDs.

TARC has used a portion of the freshly injected cash to retire all of its previous debt with several domestic lenders, achieving the twin goals of lowering the cost of capital and replacing short-term debt with patient long-term capital.

These cash would be used to expand the company and maintain its recent growth rate. More precisely, it would be used immediately to develop TARC's notable New Delhi centric property parcels intended for residential development, as well as TARC's other land holdings strategically positioned in the satellite town of Gurgaon. TARC is preparing to debut its projects, which would usher in a new era of luxury living in New Delhi.

Premier Energies and Nuevosol Form JV for Aluminium Frames

Premier Energies Limited, an integrated solar cell and module manufacturer, has entered into a joint venture with Nuevosol Energy Private Limited, a Hyderabad-based manufacturer of solar photovoltaic mounting structures. DLF Reports Rs 43,570 Mn Net Profit and Rs 2,12,230 Mn Sales

DLF Limited announced its consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year ending 31 March 2025. The company reported a net profit of Rs 12,680 million for Q4, a year-on-year growth of 37 per cent. For the full fiscal year, net profit rose 59 per cent to Rs 43,570 million.Consolidated revenue stood at Rs 33,480 million for Q4 with gross margins of 47 per cent and earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of Rs 11,980 million.
