Established in 1983, Dextra manufacturing is a leading manufacturer and distributor of engineering construction products and solutions for the building and civil industry. The company is well-known for its range of mechanical splicing systems for reinforcing bars such as Bartec, Rolltec, Unitec and Repairgrip. These couplers are used at various construction sites across India and the world. They have also been accredited by various renowned independent regulatory bodies such as CARES, ASME, Caltrans, ICC and BV.

Being a pioneer in mechanical splicing, Dextra has started manufacturing and distributing the following solutions to the construction and infrastructure industry worldwide.
- High performance tension bars
- Post tensioning lifting and stressing bars
- Marine tie rods
- Rock and soil anchors (steel, GFRP, CFRP and hybrid anchors)
- GFRP or CFRP bars (glass fibre and carbon fibre)
- CFRP-strips and panels
- Sonic tubes for cross-hole sonic logging-pile integrity testing.
Today, Dextra is associated with more than 6,500 projects worldwide for the design, supply and application of these products in various bridges and viaducts, metro-mono railways, airports, power generation plants, stadiums, prestigious buildings, harbours and dams.
