Kamalesh Choudhary, Vice President (Operations), Mody Industries, joined the leading manufacturer of submersible type drainage and sewage or sludge pumps in 2013. Under his leadership, the company麓s market share increased from 20 per cent to 80 per cent within a short period of time. He has also been a driving force in promoting the use of energy-efficient pumps, which has helped the organisation raise better product realisation and obtain a premium price for it. Having pursued his B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University-Varanasi in 1978, Choudhary moves forward with the belief that products will be sold if the customers are aware about the tangible and intangible benefits and this will only come to the customer by using a particular brand of the product.
