<span style="font-weight: bold;">Interiors and design exhibition INDEX celebrates its 30th anniversary.</span><br />

Celebrating the 30th edition of India's leading international interiors and design show, Index Fairs, will be held at the Bombay Convention and Exhibition Centre. The four-day show - from May 3-6, 2018 - is set to see a focused trade, business and professional visitor from India and overseas.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Where the industry meets!</span><br />
The show will boast over 325 companies promoting over 2,500 brands, including presence from 10 countries including Italy, German, China, Korea, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia and others, along with prestigious and well renowned Indian brands. The fair aims to connect manufacturers and traders dealing in furniture and fittings, OEM white goods, accessories, lighting, and a complete range of materials, kitchen, office and hardware for contract use, with architects, interior designers, and builders, project managers, and consultants, procurement heads across the hospitality, corporate, government sectors. <br />
<br />
Index has been supported by important industry and professional associations such as the All India Hardware Association, Hospitality Purchasing Managers Forum, several associations of Interior Designers and Architects and the association of builders and real estate developers, NAREDCO.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Commercial spaces at INDEX<br />
Furniture, Art & Design:</span> Index Fairs will showcase its trademark line up of design-led and commercial companies with a striking range of furniture, accessories, lighting and objects d'art in focussed pavilions: The India Design Pavilion, Indian Furniture, Furnishings & Artifacts Pavilion as well as country pavilions and the Art Enclave, in association with Aura Art.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Contract:</span> This well-established section caters to project demand market, which will see a professional line-up of offerings in the kitchen and workspace segments. <br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Inter-Furn:</span> Index Interfurn is now an institution in itself being the largest trade platform and meeting point for the entire architectural and furniture hardware industry.<br />
<br />
<span style="font-weight: bold;">Art and Design Appreciation </span><br />
The Art Enclave, in association with Aura Art, will showcase the work of artists and galleries across India with display of fine art, sculpture and photography.<br />
<br />
The India Design Pavilion, which doubles its presence from last year, is one of the most exciting spaces at the fair. IDP offers a focused platform to Indian designers to show their modern and innovative design in a 21st century context. <br />
<br />
The Kudos Gallery will salute great work through project displays of eminent architects and builders.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Industry Forums<br />
Smoking Hot:</span> This event is an important meeting ground of architects, builders, suppliers and key decision-makers, and culminates in the now well established IndeXcellence Awards. Commanding audience of 200 exclusively invited architects, designers, builders and developers, corporate and hospitality procurement professionals from across the country, Smoking Hot is now one of the must do events on the architecture and design calendar.<br />

<span style="font-weight: bold;">Knowledge forums</span><br />
Index Fairs' partnership with leading design publication IFJ has seen knowledge forums such as the IFJ seminars and focused industry meets at the e! events@index forum.<br />
<br />
This year, the event's focus on new material innovations in the sector at Material Matters (May 4) and drive thinking via discussion and interaction in Holy Cow! (May 5).<br />
