State-owned engineering giant Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has reported a provisional, unaudited revenue of ?27,350 crore for FY 2024鈥�25, reflecting a robust 19% growth over the previous fiscal.

BHEL continued its leadership in the power sector, securing fresh orders鈥攄emonstrating the firm鈥檚 diversified footprint across transportation, defence, process industries, and industrial equipment.

On the execution front, BHEL commissioned or synchronised 8.1 GW of power capacity during the year, underscoring its strong focus on timely project delivery and operational excellence.

HCL-Foxconn to invest Rs 37 billion in chip plant near Jewar airport

The Union Cabinet has approved the establishment of a new semiconductor unit near Jewar airport in Uttar Pradesh under the India Semiconductor Mission. This sixth plant, a joint venture between HCL and Foxconn, marks further progress in India鈥檚 semiconductor journey.
