CM Yogi initiates projects worth Rs 2.08 billion

During the inauguration of 41 projects worth Rs 1.21 billion and the laying of the foundation stone of 39 projects worth Rs 860 million in Mathura district, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stated that the Prime Minister had a successful tenure of 9 years filled with achievements in the history of independent India.

During the event, the Chief Minister handed over the symbolic key of PM Awas to the beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana. Subsequently, kits were distributed to the beneficiaries of the Kanya Sumangala Yojana and 100 Adarsh Anganwadi centres. CM Yogi also distributed tablets and smartphones to deserving students.

The Chief Minister expressed that these 9 years, under the Prime Minister's guidance, were unparalleled and had led India towards prosperity. Referring to the Prime Minister's recent visit to America, he mentioned that the American Senate warmly welcomed Prime Minister Modi, and there were few individuals in the economic world who did not display excitement to meet him.

He further stated, "This represents a new identity of New India, which India has attained within 9 years under the successful leadership of Prime Minister Modi. The respect India is currently receiving on the global stage is not ordinary; it is a reflection of the respect bestowed upon the 1.4 billion people of India. It provides us an opportunity to hold our heads high with pride among international forums."

Yogi expressed that on the occasion of World Yoga Day on June 21, eminent personalities from around the world, in addition to practising yoga, showcased their connection with the yogic tradition in 180 countries. The world will work with reverence for this tradition, and if anyone deserves credit, it is Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his personal participation in the yoga program at the United Nations.

CM Yogi mentioned that programs were in place to honour India's heritage and establish the country as a global economic power. These initiatives, witnessed in the past 9 years under Prime Minister Modi's leadership, were apparent to everyone. "Today, we are witnessing the construction of the grand Ram Temple in Ayodhya and the development of Vishwanath Dham in Kashi," he added.
