M3M India to complete 6 projects, spending Rs 32.50 billion in FY24

The real estate developer, M3M India, announced that it is set to deliver six projects totaling 6.5 million square feet (m sf) in the financial year 2023-24, with a total cost of Rs 32.50 billion. According to the company, during the first half of FY23-24, two residential projects, namely M3M Heights and M3M Flora68, along with a commercial project, M3M Skylofts, comprising approximately 2.5 msf, were completed in Gurugram. These projects were constructed at a cost of Rs 12.50 billion.

In the latter half of the financial year, M3M India plans to deliver three more projects in Gurugram: M3M Atrium57, M3M Solitude, and M3M Lofts74, encompassing about 4 msf, at a cost of Rs 20 billion.

M3M Heights, located in sector-65, Gurugram, is an uber-luxury residential project consisting of 1,244 units of 2- and 3-BHK apartments. Similarly, M3M Flora68, situated in sector-68, Gurugram, offers 114 units of 2-, 3-, and 4-BHK uber-luxury residential accommodations. On the other hand, M3M Skylofts, positioned in sector-71, Gurugram, adjacent to the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), features 270 studio units.

The company noted that it has already completed approximately 30 msf across more than 50 projects in Gurugram.
