MOIL Records Best Performance in November

MOIL recorded a production of 1.63 lakh tonne of Manganese Ore in November 2024, marking the best November performance since its inception. In the first eight months of FY�25, the company achieved a production of 11.80 lakh tonne, which represented an 8.46 per cent increase compared to the corresponding period in the previous year (CPLY). On the sales front, the company also achieved its highest-ever November sales, reaching 1.33 lakh tonne, a 32 per cent increase over CPLY. For the first eight months of FY�25, the company registered sales of 9.90 lakh tonne, an increase of 4.76 per cent over CPLY.

The company surpassed a turnover of Rs 10 billion within the first eight months of FY�25, achieving this milestone over a month earlier than last year.

As part of its continued emphasis on exploration, MOIL carried out exploratory core drilling of 63,654 metres between April and November 2024, which was 1.28 times higher than the previous year.

Ajit Kumar Saxena, the CMD of MOIL, stated that it was encouraging to see the company maintain its upward momentum in both production and sales. He also expressed confidence that the MOIL team was prepared to achieve another successful financial year.
