Netradyne Plans to Expand Presence to 15 Countries by the Year 2026

Global AI-powered fleet and driver safety solutions provider Netradyne has announced plans to expand its global footprint to 15 countries by the end of 2026. The company, which currently operates commercially in 10 countries, will enter Japan and Spain in 2025 and further extend operations to Ireland, France, and Italy by the following year. Netradyne currently runs its international business through three main offices located in Bangalore (India), San Diego (its headquarters), and San Francisco.

The company emphasized that its global expansion supports innovation and customer success across markets. Durgadutt Nedungadi, Senior Vice President for EMEA and APAC, stated that commercial operations in Japan and Spain are underway and are expected to be launched by the end of 2025. He also mentioned that Ireland, France, and Italy would follow by 2026, with other European markets under consideration. He highlighted that as road safety becomes an increasingly pressing issue worldwide, Netradyne鈥檚 AI solutions are gaining relevance globally. He further noted that the company represents deep tech innovation, with its R\&D centre in India playing a crucial role in delivering global impact.

Netradyne, which also operates in Canada, Mexico, Germany, the UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand, became a unicorn earlier this year after raising \$90 million in a Series D funding round at a valuation of \$1.34 billion. Nedungadi explained that the company is strategically expanding its presence, often employing remote staff to avoid heavy infrastructure costs. India remains a key R\&D hub, hosting over 650 employees out of a 850-strong global workforce.

Additionally, Netradyne has partnered with Eminent Transit, a corporate travel and employee transport solutions firm. The collaboration integrates Netradyne's 鈥淒river鈥鈥 technology to enhance safety, efficiency, and passenger comfort. Eminent Transit's CEO, Ravi Kiran, noted that the solution also provides critical safety for women commuting at night.
