Our flexibility enables us to meet industry demands

Sricharan Vulchi, VP & Business Head - Building Solutions Division, Everest Industries tells CW about PEB construction, challenges, USP etc.

Q: How does Everest Industries ensure quality and transparency in sourcing materials for PEB construction?
A: At Everest Industries, we place immense importance on the quality and transparency of our material sourcing process. Every step of procurement is governed by stringent standards. We conduct vendor qualifications and regular audits, ensuring that our suppliers meet international benchmarks like ASTM, BIS, and EN standards.
To maintain consistency, all incoming raw materials are subjected to rigorous mechanical and chemical property testing at our in-house NABL-accredited laboratories. For instance, we test parameters like tensile and yield strength, as well as corrosion resistance. Beyond testing, we leverage digital procurement platforms to monitor and manage sourcing operations in real time. This ensures transparency across the supply chain and eliminates any risks of material non-conformity or delays.
We鈥檝e also implemented QR code tagging for materials, enabling end-to-end traceability. This ensures that every component can be tracked from its origin to its final installation, providing unmatched accountability and quality assurance...
