South Delhi's lone 100 m skyscraper granted OC

The only 100-metre skyscraper in South Delhi, known as Sky Mansion, recently obtained an advance Occupancy Certificate and is now prepared for immediate occupancy. The development of this project was overseen by Risland India.

Risland, situated in Singapore, has a global presence spanning over 9 countries and regions, boasting a comprehensive residential portfolio valued at 1 trillion and catering to over 40,000 satisfied families.

During the launch of "The Celebrity?s Table," an exclusive fine-dining restaurant within the esteemed Sky Mansion Club, Dr. Jonathan Peng, the CEO of Risland India, graced the event.

Dr. Jonathan conveyed in his speech that Sky Mansion, officially introduced in 2020, is granting early possession to its clients. Although the official extension of the possession date, as per the AFS and due to Force Majeure COVID-19, is until August 2024, he emphasised the commitment to keeping promises at any cost.
