Tata Motors Sees Modest Sales Growth in November

Tata Motors reported a slight increase in sales for November 2024, with total units sold reaching 74,753, compared to 74,172 in November 2023. This marks a marginal growth driven by a 2% uptick in passenger vehicle sales.

The company鈥檚 domestic sales rose by 1% to 73,246 units from 72,647 units in the same period last year.

Passenger Vehicle Sales Passenger vehicle (PV) sales, including electric vehicles (EVs), climbed to 47,117 units in November 2024, up from 46,143 units a year earlier. Domestic PV sales mirrored this trend, increasing by 2% to 47,063 units from 46,068 units.

Commercial Vehicle Sales In contrast, commercial vehicle sales dipped by 1%, with 27,636 units sold in November 2024 compared to 28,029 in November 2023.

While the commercial vehicle segment faced challenges, the steady demand for passenger vehicles, including EVs, ensured overall growth for Tata Motors in November.
