WeWork India Expands by 140,000 sq ft in Bengaluru and Noida

WeWork India, a leading provider of flexible workspaces, is enhancing its presence in India with the addition of two new locations: WeWork Galaxy Business Park and WeWork 37 Cunningham.

WeWork 37 Cunningham is a four-story facility in Bengaluru, offering over 1,000 desks within a space of more than 60,000 square feet. In contrast, WeWork Galaxy Business Park, situated in Sector 62 of Noida?s prominent micro-market, provides over 1,400 desks spread across 79,000 square feet.

The continued expansion of WeWork India highlights the growing demand for flexible workspaces in the country. These new locations, set to open in September and October 2024, are strategically placed in key business districts of Noida and Bengaluru.

Arnav S Gusain, Chief of Supply at WeWork India, remarked that both Bengaluru and Noida are experiencing growth in their business sectors, attracting multinational companies from various industries. He noted the evident need for flexible workspaces that offer dynamic environments for enterprises, professionals, freelancers, and startups to connect and collaborate. Gusain expressed enthusiasm about WeWork?s role in supporting the evolving business hubs of these cities and assisting businesses of all sizes in scaling their operations.
