Veranda Learning Appoints Mohasin Khan as Chief Financial Officer

Veranda Learning Solutions, a listed enterprise offering end-to-end solutions in the education space, has announced Saurani Pathan Mohasin Khan as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Board approved at its meeting held on May 5, 2025 based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC).
Mohasin takes over from Saradha Govindarajan, who steps down to pursue personal interests and commitments. A key contributor to Veranda 1.0, Saradha played an instrumental role in building the company鈥檚 financial systems, and Veranda extends its sincere gratitude for her service. A Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS), Mohasin joined Veranda in 2022 and has since served as Deputy General Manager 鈥� Finance. His elevation reflects Veranda鈥檚 commitment to nurturing internal talent. Prior to Veranda, he held finance roles at Merit Data and Technology and Dr. Agarwal鈥檚 Eye Hospital and began his career with M. Srinivasan & Associates.
