Venus Pipes Delivers Robust FY25 Financial Results

Venus Pipes & Tubes Ltd, a key Indian manufacturer and exporter of stainless steel pipes and tubes, announced strong audited financial results for Q4 and FY25.

Quarterly revenue rose by 15.2 per cent to Rs 2.58 billion, and full-year revenue stood at Rs 9.59 billion, reflecting 19.5 per cent growth. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation, and amortisation reached Rs 1.68 billion with an 18 per cent margin. Profit after tax grew by 8.1 per cent to Rs 930 million, with a margin of 10 per cent.

The seamless and welded segments reported annual growth of 18 per cent and 12 per cent respectively. Cash from operations stood at Rs 870 million. During the year, the company commissioned 3,600 metric tonnes per annum of welded tube capacity and won a Rs 1.90 billion order for stainless steel boiler tubes.

Venus Pipes also secured National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories certification, expanded into over thirty countries, and reinforced its leadership team. It enters FY26 with a strong order book and plans to launch fittings and value-added seamless products.
