Noida's NH-24 to get an underpass

To construct an underpass at the crossroads of the highway with Noida, tender process has been initiated by the Noida Authority. The Authority's move follows approval of budget estimates of Rs 113 crore for the proposed project from IIT-Delhi. Work on the underpass is expected to commence by January next year. To minimise troubles of commuters at the crossing, 'box push technology' will be used for construction, officials concerned said. The technical bids for the project will be finalised on November 21, while the date for the financial bids will be declared two days after the former is decided.
