The plant has an electronic weigh-batching system with PLC-based microprocessor control for aggregate, cement, water and additive, separately indicating the time, date, batch number, weight, etc, for each cycle. The plant is equipped with six load cells for aggregate weighing, four load cells for cement weighing, three load cells for water weighing, and one load cell for additive weighing. The recipes, production quantity and batch size selection are to be entered and as per the production quantity selected, all the operations are carried out automatically with HMI and PLC or PC control panel. It is available with PAN or single shaft or twin shaft and planetary mixer.
