Six-lane Tharad Ahmedabad highway to be built by NHAI

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has issued three distinct calls for bids for the building of the six-lane, controlled Tharad Ahmedabad expressway in Gujarat.

The following list includes the packages' specific scope:

Package-I: Building a six-lane, access-controlled highway from Tharad to Khimana between kilometre 0.000 and km 43.500, costing Rs 13.27 billion.

Construction of a six-lane, access-controlled highway between 43,500 km and 83,500 km from Khimana to Diodarda is included in package II and will cost Rs 15.24 billion.

Package-III includes the construction of a six-lane, access-controlled highway from 83,500 km to 127,00 km from Diodarda to Udalpur.

Under the Bharatmala Pariyojna, it is suggested that the project be carried out in hybrid annuity mode (HAM).
