YEIDA master plan 2041 might be completed within a week

The master plan for 2041 from the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) will be completed in the first week of August. The plan was created by a private firm, MARS Planning & Engineering Services, which the authority contracted, and its report is anticipated to be submitted soon.

The YEIDA board meeting will feature a presentation of the master plan for debate. After that, the state government will receive it for approval.

The plan could include information about the land that would be purchased for a number of projects, not just in Noida but also in nearby areas like Bulandshahr, Aligarh, Mathura, Hathras, and Agra. Along the 165 km Yamuna Expressway area, the plan would also specify the land use for residential, industrial, commercial, institutional, and environmental developments.

The Noida international airport will have an impact on a number of upcoming projects in the area and spur industrialisation, making the master plan 2041 essential for implementation.
