Central Railways awards railway wheel supply order to Hilton Metal Forging

Hilton Metal Forging has stated that it participated in tenders for the supply of Railway Wheel Monobloc- Rolled to the Railway Department and received a tender in its favour. The company has already supplied two consignments of wheels and has become one of the suppliers of the Indian government's railway wheel requirement.

The company was recently awarded an order based on a tender bid by the company on 29 August 2022 for the Central Railways' Kalka-Shimla Jurisdiction, as per reports. On September 14, 2022, the order for the same was released.
