Former Karnataka Chief Minister H.D. Kumaraswamy recently met with Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw to discuss the long-pending Bengaluru-Sathyamangalam railway line project. The proposed railway line, stretching approximately 250 kilometres, aims to connect Bengaluru with Sathyamangalam in Tamil Nadu, passing through several towns and cities.
