Railways change DRMs in Lucknow, Varanasi, Jhansi, Moradabad, Agra

Indian Railways made changes to the divisional railway managers (DRMs) of Lucknow, Varanasi, Jhansi, Moradabad, and Agra. Manish Thapliyal, an Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer from the 1992 batch, who has been serving as the executive director of Wagon in the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO) since September 2020, will assume the position of DRM Lucknow division in the Northern Railway, replacing Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer Suresh Kumar Spara.

Jayant Kumar Chaudhary, the additional divisional railway manager (ADRM) of Lucknow Northern Railway, has been assigned the position of DRM Danapur.

Vineet Kumar Srivastav, an IRSE officer from the North Central Railway (NCR) zone, will take charge as DRM Varanasi in the North Eastern Railway, succeeding IRSE officer Ramashray Pandey. 

Deepak Kumar Sinha, an Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE) officer from the Central Railway, will take over as DRM Jhansi in the North Central Railway, replacing IRSE officer Ashutosh.

Similarly, IRSEE officer Rajkumar Singh will assume the role of DRM Moradabad in the Northern Railway, replacing IRSME officer Ajay Nandan.

Finally, Tej Prakash Agarwal, an IRSSE officer from the Central Railway, will take charge as DRM Agra in the North Central Railway, succeeding IRSME officer Anand Swaroop.
