RLDA issues bids for 99-year Railway Colony Delhi redevelopment lease

The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory body of Indian Railways, has announced the invitation of bids for a 99-year lease to redevelop the Boulevard Road Railway Colony in Delhi.

Details of the land and redevelopment - Land Area: Approximately 2.156 hectares (21,568.35 sq metres) - Reserve Price: Rs 3.18 billion - Floor Area Ratio (FAR): 16,176.26 sq metres

The site is strategically located along Lala Hardev Sahai Marg/GT Karnal Road, near the Tis Hazari Metro Station and the Rani Jhansi Flyover in New Delhi. It falls within the Residential Bungalow Zone.

The redevelopment must adhere to the latest Master Plan of Delhi (MPD) and Development Control Regulations (DCR).
