Emirates Post has announced a strategic partnership with Aramex to expand access to logistics services across the UAE. Under the collaboration, Aramex’s domestic and international express services will be offered at select Emirates Post branches, starting with Dubai in the initial rollout.
The move is part of Emirates Post’s wider plan to transform its branch network into a multi-service logistics hub. The pilot phase includes the handling of Dangerous Goods (DGG) shipments—such as perfumes—towards select regional markets and will progressively extend to more locations nationwide.
The partnership aims to improve last-mile connectivity and customer convenience, especially in underserved areas, by integrating Aramex’s logistics expertise with Emirates Post’s extensive local reach. Future phases will include services such as parcel pickups and returns.
Rashed Huraiz Alfalasi, Acting General Manager, Emirates Post, said the partnership reinforces their strategy to simplify customer experience and redefine the post office as an accessible and innovation-driven service centre.
Tarek Abuyaghi, General Manager, Aramex, noted that the collaboration would help strengthen Aramex’s reach in remote areas and deliver agile, technology-enabled solutions tailored to local needs.
The initiative also supports the UAE’s digital transformation and aims to enhance logistics infrastructure and community empowerment.
