Gateway Distriparks Reports Rs 18.6 Bn Revenue in FY25

Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL), a leading multimodal logistics provider in India, reported consolidated revenue of Rs 18.6 billion for FY25, marking a 9.4 per cent year-on-year increase. Profit after tax (PAT) rose sharply by 44.7 per cent to Rs 3.74 billion, while EBITDA grew 5.1 per cent to Rs 4.17 billion.
Q4 FY25 Highlights
For Q4 FY25, total throughput stood at 184,518 TEUs, up 4.5 per cent year-on-year. The rail vertical contributed 92,870 TEUs (up 7.3 per cent), while the CFS vertical delivered 91,648 TEUs (up 1.9 per cent). Rail revenue rose to Rs 3.29 billion, growing 9.6 per cent year-on-year. Despite a 5.9 per cent dip in CFS revenue, the cold chain segment鈥攔ecently introduced鈥攇enerated Rs 1.55 billion.
Total income for the quarter surged 42.7 per cent year-on-year to Rs 5.34 billion. However, due to exceptional non-cash items including fair valuation of Snowman Logistics equity, Q4 PAT stood at a loss of Rs 1.91 billion.

The financials also include consolidated revenue and profits from Snowman Logistics Limited, which became a GDL subsidiary in December 2024. Adjustments due to change in accounting methods and fair valuations impacted reported figures.

The rail business, in particular, saw a healthy rise in throughput. If the shipping situation normalises, we foresee strong growth in EXIM rail volumes. With Snowman now a subsidiary, we鈥檙e well-positioned to drive cold chain logistics and continue our network expansion.鈥�
