Dilip Buildcon Completes Navnera Barrage Project in Rajasthan

Dilip Buildcon has successfully completed the construction of the Navnera Barrage (dam) across the Kalisindh River in Rajasthan. The project, part of the Eastern Rajasthan Canal Project (ERCP) Phase-I/(A), was undertaken on an EPC single responsibility turnkey basis.
The project, which involved survey, planning, design, and construction work, was physically completed on September 30, 2024. A completion certificate for the project was issued by the relevant authorities on January 17, 2025, and received by Dilip Buildcon on February 1, 2025.
Details of the project include a revised cost of Rs 6.61 billion and a construction period of 48 months. The original scheduled completion date, including an extension of time (EOT), was set for October 13, 2024. However, the company managed to complete the work ahead of schedule, with the project finished by September 30, 2024.
As a result of the early completion, Dilip Buildcon is entitled to a bonus of Rs 2.53 crore.
In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, the company has announced the closure of the trading window for all insiders, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the company鈥檚 financial results for the quarter ending December 31, 2024.
