Envu Launches India’s First Certified 10-Year Termite Warranty with Premise

Envu India has introduced a Certified 10-Year Warranty on its flagship anti-termite solution, Premise (Imidacloprid 30.5 per cent SC), marking a category-first for India's structural pest management sector. This warranty is available exclusively to certified members of the Envu Pest Expert Alliance (EPEA), aiming to provide long-term protection from termite damage in pre-construction projects.

Premise is the only anti-termite solution in the country endorsed by both the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI) and GreenPro, reinforcing its reputation as a scientifically validated product with more than two decades of field-tested performance.

"The 10-Year Warranty is an evolution in how we stand behind our product, science, and the professionals we work with," said M. Arun Kumar, Head of Commercials, Envu India. "With this warranty, we reinforce our belief in science-led protection and reward the professionals who apply it with precision and integrity."

Why This Matters:
  • Proven Field Performance: Over 20 years of consistent results under Indian conditions.
  • Independent Validation: Certified by CBRI and GreenPro, ensuring high standards of reliability.
  • Peace of Mind: Enables pest professionals and customers to trust the protection for a full decade.
The warranty applies only to new pre-construction projects treated on or after 15 March 2025 and requires adherence to IS 6313 standards and Envu’s terms and conditions.

Only verified EPEA members—professionals certified by Envu for quality, compliance, and ethical practices—can avail of this warranty.
