Honeywell and Jiutai Group have teamed up to produce 100,000 tonnes of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) each year. This collaboration aims to significantly advance the aviation industry's shift toward more environmentally friendly fuels.

The partnership will leverage Honeywell's advanced SAF technology and Jiutai Group's industrial capabilities to scale up SAF production. The agreement highlights a growing commitment to reducing aviation emissions and supporting global sustainability goals.

SAF, produced from renewable sources, offers a cleaner alternative to traditional jet fuels, with the potential to cut lifecycle carbon emissions by up to 80%. By investing in SAF production, Honeywell and Jiutai Group are contributing to the aviation sector's efforts to achieve net-zero carbon emissions.

This strategic alliance not only supports the industry's transition to greener fuels but also demonstrates a broader commitment to advancing sustainable practices across sectors.
