Flyjac Logistics acquires 22.3 acre land parcel from Lodha Group

Japan-based logistics firm Flyjac Logistics has acquired more than 22.3-acre land parcel from Lodha Group at its Palava Industrial and Logistics Park (PILP) near Mumbai.

Flyjac Logistics already has such an operational warehousing capacity across India. This transaction represents their first outright purchase of land parcels in western India to arrange a warehousing facility. Most of the third-party logistics warehousing amenities in the western area are leased property.

This is the fourth such transaction by Lodha Group at Palava Industrial and Logistics Park in the final two quarters. Batilogistic, a subsidiary of FM Logistic Group, entered an agreement to develop a 30-acre land parcel at this logistics park in April.

Flyjac is the fourth mega multi-national logistics firm to set foot into the Palava Industrial and Logistics Park within the final six months, besides from Swegon, FM Logistics and Katerra. With this, the primary park has been occupied and the developer could launch the second park over 130 acres.

The first park with concentrate on logistics and industrial improvement was launched in 2019 and since then, it has closed 170 acres with occupiers like FM Logistics, Flyjack, ESR-Lodha alliance, among others.

Flyjac Logistics is expected to begin work on growing the warehousing facility within the subsequent two months with an goal of commencing the operations right here within the subsequent 12-15 months.
