Ramky Estates to build Grade-A office space for Genpact in Uppal

Hyderabad-based real estate developer Ramky Estates and Farms Limited (REFL) will develop 14.37 acres of land at Uppal, Hyderabad, into Grade-A office space for Genpact, a US-based professional services firm.

Jones Lang LaSalle Inc (JLL), a global real estate consultant and investment firm, told the media that it would facilitate the joint venture (JV) between the firms.

The proposed land parcel, owned by Genpact, is located next to the company's campus in Uppal. The company plans to expand its operations and IT footprint to cater to its business requirement.

REFL will develop 20 lakh sq ft of Grade-A Information Technology (IT), Information Technology Enabled Services (ITES) office space and 9 lakh sq ft residential space in Uppal in the next five years.
