Precise Conchem provides innovative products and solutions for the construction industry.
The construction material industry in India is growing at a healthy pace, offering great scope for innovative and advanced products to be introduced in the market. SILICOplast Ready Mix Plaster by Precise Conchem is one such innovative product that offers a much improved alternative to the traditional method of mixing sand and cement for internal and external plastering of buildings.
Key features
Apart from quality plastering, SILICOplast enhances durability and reduces shrinkage and leakage. It ensures that time and labour cost is saved and makes the material reconciliation easier for construction projects as against the usage of sand and cement mixture. It has proportionate quantities of ordinary portland cement (53 grade), graded sand, fly-ash, hydrated lime and additives, which are added in an automated process.
Manufacturing unit
Precise Conchem has installed a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Panoli GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat. It also has collaborations with consultants of international repute in the construction material field with stringent quality control mechanisms.
Areas of availability
Currently available in Mumbai, Thane and Raigad, SILICOplast is being used for the reconstruction of Manatralaya, IIT-Bomaby, monorail project, Cooper Hospital in Mumbai, and for large construction projects of builders like Ajmera Builders, Unity Infraprojects, Kalpataru, among others.
New range
Precise Conchem is now introducing SILICOfix, a high quality block fixing mortar for laying AAC blocks, concrete blocks, etc. Apart from SILICOplast and SILICOfix, the company offers a vast range of products like grade sand (quartz sand), gardening and beach sand, light weight blocks (AAC- Autoclaved Aerated Concrete), concrete blocks (hollow and solid block) and paver blocks.
