Oberoi Realty has launched Sky City in Mumbai. Spread across 25 acre, Sky City will comprise multiple towers of up to 60-storey each. The company plans to launch the first phase of this development consisting of three towers. The apartments at Sky City will consist of predominantly three bedrooms in various configurations with carpet areas starting from 1,029 sq ft onwards. The project is strategically located off the Western Express Highway offering excellent connectivity to business districts and leisure options like malls, hotels, theatres and parks. Based on the design concept of multi-terraced gardens, the development will boast of wide-open recreational areas and lush green landscapes.
