Adobe Systems India Buys Four Lakh sq ft Office in Bengaluru

According to registration documents, Adobe Systems paid Rs 5.5 billion for a built-to-suit building in Bengaluru.

The structure, which is located in Bellandur's Prestige Tech Park IV, has a super built-up area of approximately 4.1 lakh square feet and consists of two basement floors, ground, and 12 upper storeys.

According to the sale reports obtained via data analytics company Propstack, the company receives 640 exclusive parking spaces together with the building, and these spaces are not located in a densely populated region.

The US-based manufacturer of multimedia and creativity software intends to concentrate on India's banks, retail businesses, and major organizations. It claimed India was a crucial market last year and bet on programs like Make in India and Digital India to help it enter the next phase of growth there. It also sees prospects in the startup industry as more and more new age businesses depend on its tools to market their offerings.
