ATS 亚博体育官网首页Kraft has won the 鈥楤est Upcoming Affordable MIG Housing Project in Uttar Pradesh鈥� award for its project in Greater Noida (W), called Nobility. At the 鈥楶MAY-Empowering India Awards 2022鈥�, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Affairs Kaushal Kishore presented the award to Mohit Arora, chief executive of ATS 亚博体育官网首页kraft.

Arora, receiving the award, pointed out that this is the second project from ATS 亚博体育官网首页Kraft stable to receive a PMAY award and 鈥渋t is a testimony of the fact that ATS 亚博体育官网首页Kraft is becoming a brand synonymous with sustainable living experience and a high quality of lifestyle鈥�.

Located at a convenient hub in Greater Noida (W), Nobility has 10 towers offering premium and three-bedroom-with-study residences. Designed by architect Hafeez Contractor, the development boasts of art deco architecture centred around sprawling greens with state-of-the-art amenities. The most unique feature, as is the case with all ATS 亚博体育官网首页Kraft projects, is that each floor in the development has only two apartments, providing privacy, ample sunshine and unobstructed views.
