Smriti Irani, Minister of Women and Child Development, has ordered the realtors' group CREDAI to support first-generation female real estate developers. The women's section of the group would identify and support 10,000 students from construction worker families who want to enter the industry to study engineering, architecture, and other relevant fields. Aside from that, the Women's Wing will endeavor to improve amenities for children of labor on construction sites, such as basic schooling, creche facilities, health check-ups, and so on. Rupa Shah, Convenor, CREDAI Women's Wing, Sarah Jacob, Secretary, CREDAI Women's Wing, and Sapna Rathi, Jont Secretary, CREDAI Women's Wing make up the new team for 2023-25. Nithish Reddy has been named Convenor of the CREDAI Youth Wing, with Binitha Dalal serving as Co-Convenor and Nilesh Vora serving as Secretary. Gaurav Thakkar of Nashik has been named Chairman of CREDAI's Youth and Women's Wings.
