The IFM industry in India is expected to grow at around 17 per cent to cross US$19 billion mark in the next five years. The organised IFM sector is set to flourish with increasing acceptance of outsourcing non-core activities, growth in demand from commercial and industrial customers to deliver superior lifestyle experiences to end-users, and the government鈥檚 push for smart cities. In a collaborative initiative, Embassy Services (ESPL) and Nucleus Office Parks presented a business conference for Integrated Facility Management (IFM) sector called Mastermind 2020 - 鈥淐hanging landscape of Property Management Services鈥�.  The debuting Think Tank took place at the Trident in Mumbai. The agenda of the conference included market trends and new solutions, technology intervention in the modern workplace, innovation-led efficiency programme for enhancing client experiences. Embassy Services aimed at introducing this knowledge sharing and collaborative platform under their main motives to Ignite, Share and Ascend.
