GNIDA invites applications for commercial plots in Greater Noida

To expedite industrial and economic advancement in Uttar Pradesh, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has opened applications for the allocation of commercial plots.

According to an official spokesperson, the deadline for registration in this plot allocation scheme is December 8, and the entire process will be conducted through the State Bank of India's e-tendering portal.

Providing additional information, GNIDA officials stated that applications are being sought for the allocation of 22 plots in Greater Noida under the Commercial Plot Allocation Scheme (FAR-4.0). The earnest money deposit (EMD) required for these plots ranges from Rs 21.9 million to Rs 101.7 million.
