Mascot to Develop 385-Acre Industrial Township Near Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad-based developer Mascot Infrastructure has announced plans to establish an integrated industrial township spanning 385 acres at Vithalapur in Ahmedabad district. The project, titled Mascot Industrial City, is positioned to benefit from its proximity to Gujarat鈥檚 emerging auto manufacturing hub and key infrastructure corridors.
Strategically located near Vithalapur鈥檚 automotive cluster, the township will enjoy seamless connectivity to major economic zones including the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Dholera Special Investment Region (SIR), GIFT City, and Sanand GIDC, according to the company鈥檚 official statement.
Sanjay Patel, Managing Director of Mascot Infrastructure, stated that the township is envisioned as a future-ready industrial and logistics hub in one of India's fastest-growing manufacturing belts. The initiative reflects the company鈥檚 sustained commitment to Gujarat鈥檚 industrial growth.
Mascot Infrastructure had previously signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2024, signalling its collaborative intent to contribute to the state's development plans.
The planned township will feature industrial, commercial, and residential zones. Offerings include industrial plots, plug-and-play factory units, warehouses, residential apartments, hotels, schools, and food plazas. The mixed-use layout is aimed at serving a broad range of industries, creating an integrated ecosystem that combines manufacturing, logistics, and urban living.
Designed to meet the evolving demands of modern enterprises, the Mascot Industrial City is expected to enhance regional industrial infrastructure and offer a self-sustained platform for businesses and workers alike.
