Mohali development body releases revised plan of 'affordable' colony

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is planning an affordable residential colony in Kharar for which the duly approved layout plan has been released by the senior town planner, Mohali.

Director of town and country planning, Punjab had released the layout plan of an affordable residential colony situated at Chando Gobindgarh village in Kharar tehsil. Now the promoter company has requested the office of the Competent Authority, Gmada, Mohali for approval of the revised layout plan, which was sent to the office of the senior town planner, Mohali for its technical approval.

The promoter has incorporated amendments in the previously approved layout plan of the project 鈥� planning of plot numbers 36 to 56 (21 plots) have been changed. The width of the approach road to these plots has been increased from 25 ft to 30 ft.

Secondly, the area of plot number 56 has been decreased from 100 square yards to 97.395 sq yards. and also the area of plot number 54 has been increased from 99 sq yards to 100 sq yards.

Because the promoter has incorporated certain amendments in the earlier approved layout plan of the colony, before approval of the revised layout plan, the interested persons in this colony may be informed about these amendments and asked to file their suggestions or objections, if any in this regard.

In the light of above, the public notice is hereby published for inviting suggestions or objections from the persons interested in this project. Those desirous may submit their suggestions or objections in writing within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to the office of the undersigned, failing which the revised layout plan will be released to the promoter.
