Omaxe Group has introduced New Singapore, a large-scale expansion within World Street by Omaxe in Faridabad. Developed by Omaxe World Street, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, the project is valued at Rs 6 billion and aims to enhance the international appeal of World Street by integrating a high-street shopping, hospitality, and entertainment experience.
Project Overview
New Singapore is a RERA-registered commercial development spanning 11.59 acres under mixed land use. It will add 1.5 million sq. ft. of retail space, designed to offer a premium shopping and lifestyle experience. Inspired by Singapore’s contemporary urban aesthetics, the development will feature grand plazas, landscaped walkways, green spaces, and thoughtfully designed public areas, ensuring an engaging environment for visitors. To enhance convenience, a dedicated parking facility for over 1,000 cars has also been planned.
A key highlight of New Singapore is Clarkee, a 1.9125-acre nightlife and party district, also registered under RERA as a mixed land-use commercial colony. It will house over 15 nightclubs, bars, and restaurants, establishing itself as Faridabad’s leading nightlife and entertainment hub. This addition will position New Singapore as a round-the-clock lifestyle destination, catering to the city’s growing demand for premium leisure and social experiences.
Strategically located along a 60-meter-wide arterial road, New Singapore offers seamless connectivity to major transport networks, including the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, FNG Expressway, and Jewar Airport. The project is expected to attract top international and domestic brands, further solidifying World Street’s position as Faridabad’s premier commercial and retail destination.
