According to the most recent regulation data, demand for tickets costing less than Rs. 2.5 million decreased, falling to just 17 percent from 40 percent a year ago. Also, the share of properties with 1,000 square feet or more fell from 73 per cent in December 2021 to 70 per cent in December 2022.

Nevertheless, in December 2022, the weighted average prices of transacted residential properties increased by 16 per cent YoY. In December 2022, the Sangareddy district saw the largest YoY increase of 30 per cent, indicating that more homes of higher value were sold there during this time.
